Offer details
What is the offer details window?
The offer details is a new option available in the offers actions. When you open it, a window is displayed with a cost breakdown of the result price that the Nethansa Platform sends to the marketplace. Depending on how the price is set, the Nethansa Platform presents the costs that can be determined.
Why is some data missing from the offer details?
The Nethansa Platform only presents costs and profit when it has the necessary product and offer data to do so. Typical situations where the Nethansa Platform is not able to calculate all the data.
1. No product cost and no total profit.
If there is no product cost, the Nethansa Platform will only show and calculate the costs in the "others costs" section based on the result price and no total profit will be calculated.
2. No repricing profit.
If the result price is a fixed price the system will not be able to calculate the additional profit. The additional profit can only be calculated when the offer result price is set based on dynamic pricing parameters.
What is the result price?
The result price is the price that is set by the Nethansa Platform and will be sent to the marketplace if the price management settings allow it. It is either a fixed price or a price that is matched to current competing offers based on pricing parameters set by the user.
When is the total and repricing profit calculated?
The total profit can only be calculated if the the product cost is provided. When product cost is available the system will calculate the total profit regardless of the pricing mode used for the offer (either dynamic pricing or fixed price). The repricing profit can only be calculated for offers with dynamic pricing enabled.
Note: The repricing profit is part of the total profit.
