Listed below are the steps that will help you move from downloaded offers to price management using dynamic pricing.<ol><li>Check the offers imported from the selected marketplace</li><li>Verify the global pricing settings</li><li>Add the products' cost</li><li>Select offers to be managed with dynamic pricing</li><li>Verify the imported fixed minimum prices</li><li>Manage offers with dynamic pricing</li></ol><h3>1. Check the offers imported from the selected marketplace</h3>During registration, you selected one marketplace for which we automatically started downloading offers. Our system will download all the offers from the selected marketplace so that you can select from among them the ones for which you want to enable Dynamic Pricing. If you have offers in the selected marketplace, the first imported offers will be visible in the Nethansa Platform within 30 minutes.<h3>2. Verify the global pricing settings</h3>If you want to take full advantage of the Nethansa Platform and Dynamic Pricing system, you will need to add product costs. Based on these costs and other price settings, we will automatically calculate the pricing range and then adjust it based on the competition. Pricing settings assigned to listings by default come from global settings - it is important to verify these settings. When creating your account, we added the required settings with suggested values.If you don't plan to add product costs now, check the difference from competitors parameter in the global settings.Go to Settings - Sales Intelligence/Marketplaces and Repricing to check and edit the global pricing parameters. In this section, you will also find the settings for features on inventory and offers management.You can read about the details of the settings here: <a href="https://help.nethansa.com/en/article/calculation-of-prices-globally">How to set the parameters for calculating the price globally?</a>Note: if price management is disabled for a specific marketplace, you will not be able to issue new listings for that marketplace for sale or send new prices.<h3>3. Add the products' cost</h3>If you want to take advantage of the ability to automatically calculate the price range based on the product cost, it is necessary to add product costs. Alternatively, you can set a fixed minimum (and optionally maximum) price for each offer.You can add the cost of products in the Products section. Based on the offer downloaded from the marketplaces managed in the Nethansa Platform, products are created. The system creates one product for a given EAN code. The created product will be assigned External Id as the SKU of the downloaded offer and the EAN code from the offer will be saved. If more offers with the same SKU are downloaded then they will be linked to the same product. Offers, with the same EAN code will also be linked to that product. &nbsp;To add product costs, select the entire created product inventory, select the bulk action Export - Compatible with import. The downloaded file will appear in the bell notifications. In the file, add missing data such as purchase cost, category (if needed). Upload the completed file in the Products tab by clicking on Import, selecting the edited file, and then Import.Verify if all products have net product cost uploaded - go to filters, set filter has purchase price to NO and verify if products without purchase price are in the system. If thera are missing product costs you can add it using the import file or enter it manually.<h3>4. Select offers to be managed with dynamic pricing</h3>Select offers according to the limit of the license and enable Dynamic Pricing for them. Pricing settings changes can be done on a single offer or on multiple offers. Select the 'Pricing Settings' action fora single offer or select multiple offers and choose 'Pricing Settings' in the bulk action bar. In the price settings window, select the 'Dynamic Pricing' price management option and save the changes.The Price Management column shows the selected mode of price management for the offer. In addition, you can check there if the selected mode works correctly - in case of errors they will be shown in red in the same column. Verify the imported fixed minimum prices</h3>IMPORTANT: In the process of downloading offers to the Platform, the price with which we downloaded a given offer is automatically set as a fixed minimum price. If a product cost has been added, you can remove the fixed minimum price from the listings. If you leave the fixed minimum prices automatically added, they will limit the possibility of setting a lower selling price.If it is possible to set a cost price range for an offer (i.e., the product cost is given) and in addition a fixed minimum price (and optionally a fixed maximum price) is given, the system will choose which prices will be applied. We will always choose a higher minimum price (between the cost-based price and the fixed minimum price) and a lower maximum price. The standard price can be set based on product cost.The Price Management column shows the selected mode of price management for the offer. In addition, you can check there if the selected mode works correctly - in case of errors they will be shown in red in the same column. If the settings are working correctly, then for an offer with dynamic pricing you will see what method is used to determine the price ranges - based on product cost, fixed range or both methods at the same time. Manage offers with dynamic pricing</h3>Listings with Dynamic Pricing enabled will have prices continuously adjusted according to competitor prices. The system will set the price based on the available price parameters - the price management status is shown in the Price Management column.You will see the competitiveness of a given offer in the CP (Competitive Power) column:Best - your offer has the lowest price on the marketPoor - your competition has a lower priceOnly - there is no other seller for this offerNone - the offer is not listed and has no resulting price set&nbsp;The status of the listed offer will be set based on the data taken from the market and can be active (green color) or one of the statuses marked with orange color:Out of stock - the offer is sold out, the stock on the market is 0Listing error - &nbsp;the offer has stock but is not available for sale due to, for example, lack of approval to sell the brandListing error/Detail page removed - the listing for the ASIN assigned to the offer has been removed on Amazon

For each offer that has Dynamic Pricing enabled, our system will determine the price range - that is, minimum price, standard price and maximum price. For Dynamic Pricing to work, the minimum price is required as the lowest acceptable selling price.Once the price range is set, the system will adjust the result selling price to the current competition.<h3>Methods of setting the price range</h3><ol><li>Cost based range - for offers that are linked to products with a specified product cost, the system will calculate the minimum, standard and maximum price (optional) based on the product cost and mark-up (i.e. intended to make a profit), courier cost, additional costs, VAT rate, and sales-related fees.</li><li>Fixed range - if the offer is linked to a product without a specified product cost, it will not be possible to calculate price ranges based on all costs. In this case, you can specify the price range manually - it is required to specify at least the fixed minimum price. Optionally, you can specify a fixed maximum price. It is not possible to specify a fixed standard price - if the offer has no competition its resulting selling price will be the minimum price.</li><li>Mixed range - if a cost based price range is possible for an offer and in addition a fixed minimum price (and optionally a fixed maximum price) is given, the system will choose which prices will be applied. It will always choose a higher minimum price (between the cost-based price and the fixed minimum price) and a lower maximum price. The standard price can be set only on the basis of costs.</li></ol><h3>What causes recalculation of price ranges</h3><ul><li>changes of the global price settings for offers that use the default settings (that is, for a given parameter they do not have individual settings),</li><li>change of the global VAT rate for the country of the offer market for offers linked with products that use the default VAT rate (that is, they do not have an individual VAT rate set for the country of the offer market),</li><li>change of the individual VAT rate for a product linked to an offer,</li><li>change of the cost of a product linked to a given offer. Adding a product cost will calculate a cost price range, which will begin to be used in determining the resulting selling price,</li><li>change the currency exchange rate for all offers for which the system calculates the cost price range (i.e., those that have the product cost added) and the base currency is different from the offer's market currency. Exchange rates are downloaded for each business day from the NBP and ECB. Price parameters that require conversion to another currency are updated automatically once a day (we do this at night so that in the morning prices are determined taking into account the latest available official currency exchange rate).</li></ul><h3>Determining the result selling price in relation to the competition</h3><ol><li>Once the price range is set, the system will match the result selling price with the current competition for your offer.</li><li>Your offer has no competition (price competition status ONLY) - the resulting selling price will be:</li></ol><ul><li>a standard price if there is a cost based or mixed price range,</li><li>the minimum price if there is a fixed price range,</li><li>the minimum price of your offer is lower than the lowest price of the competition (BEST price competition status) - the resulting selling price will be set in relation to the lowest price of the competition according to the difference setting from the competition,</li><li>the minimum price of your listing is higher than the lowest price of the competition (price competition status POOR) - the resulting selling price will be set at the level of the minimum price to give it the best chance to sell.</li></ul><h3>How is the selling price adjusted to competition</h3>In order for the system to set the result selling price based on competition it is necessary to specify at least a percentage difference from the competition:<ul><li>percent difference from the competition - the percentage given will be related to the price adjustment range. The price adjustment range ro the difference between the lowest price of the competition and the minimum price of a given offer. For an offer with a minimum price of 8 EUR and the lowest price of the competition of 10 EUR, this range will be 10 EUR - 8 EUR = 2 EUR. If we set the % difference from the competition as 10% it will mean that your price is to be lower than the price of the competition by 10% * 2 EUR that is 0,20 EUR. In this case, the resulting selling price will be set as 10 EUR - 0.20 EUR = 9.80 EUR. &nbsp;Setting the parameter % difference from the competition as 0% will set the resulting selling price equal to the lowest price of the competition. Listing monitoring is the functionality that lets you track any Amazon listings you choose. For each monitored listing, we record data about the price of the listing winning the BuyBox, the lowest offer price, information about the seller (whether, for example, the listing in the BuyBox belongs to Amazon) whose listing is in the BuyBox, and the ranking (BSR - bestseller rank). The limit is 200 ASINs (from any marketplaces).Sellers that are distributors can add ASINs to review products they could potentially like to start offering. Manufacturers can track listing of competing products.<h2>How to add listings to Monitoring?</h2>In the Monitoring section, click "Add Offers"<figure class="image image_resized" style="width:57.16%;"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/265485b9-b9ed-4a2d-8a19-9dfdfaf54759"></figure>Select the marketplaces and add the ASINs of the listings. They will first have a status of "searching":<figure class="image"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/ca5c4ad6-3afb-4af2-b8fb-69449349080d"></figure>After checking the data in the Amazon catalog, the listing status will change to:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>active - for offers found in the catalog of a given marketplace</li><li>not found - for listings that are not found on the selected marketplace; this situation can happen especially when adding the same ASIN for multiple marketplaces</li></ul><h2>Data for monitored offers</h2>From the moment you add a listing, we start collecting its data: BuyBox price, lowest price, BuyBox seller information, number of sellers and ranking. Data from the last update (we collect data twice a day) is shown in the grid view. Earlier data is provided in the charts. To see them, click the chart icon in the status column:<figure class="image"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/6d3671b0-5974-47b1-893e-883b026e616d"></figure>Three charts are available:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Best Seller Rank</li><li>Listing price</li><li>Number of sellers</li></ul><figure class="image"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/d15c6701-02e7-4aa9-8cae-525adeee7a87"></figure><h2>How to remove a listing from Monitoring?</h2>Individual listings can be removed by "Delete" from 3 dots menu:<figure class="image"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/5fa26945-b3fb-407c-a5ed-8c8d48f4af26"></figure>If you want to delete more listings, select them in the grid and choose bulk action in the menu at the bottom of the screen:<figure class="image"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/4330c27c-9537-4315-ae58-52e7ac72908b"></figure>In a similar way, you can also remove all monitored listing from the current view by selecting the bulk action option for offers "on all pages".<figure class="image"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/954d4dea-ee9e-4fcf-8004-dc1248f39fde"></figure>Click apply and confirm the action.

Listed below are all the steps that will help you go from added products to offers available for sale on a selected marketplace.&nbsp;<ol><li>Verify the added products</li><li>Verify the cost of the products and inventory levels</li><li>Verify global price settings</li><li>Create offers based on products</li><li>&nbsp;Verify platform listings matching to offers</li><li>Select offers to be managed with dynamic pricing</li><li>Send offers to marketplace</li><li>Manage the listed offers</li></ol><h3>1. Verify the added products</h3>If you have already uploaded a product file during the registration process, go to step 2. If you have not yet done so, upload a min. 1 product in the Products section. Download the import template from the Products tab by clicking on Import, then download the template file. In the file you will find full instructions on how to fill it in correctly.Note: When importing products, it is mandatory to enter the product ID, EAN code and name. We suggest you also add the product cost and stock. If you provide the product cost then our Dynamic Pricing will be able to use it to calculate the pricing range based on your cost. Providing the available stock is necessary for Amazon FBM listings - if you plan to create offers in this channel be sure to provide the stock in the import file.Upload the finished sheet in the Products tab by clicking on Import, selecting the completed file and then Import.<h3>2. Verify the cost of the products and inventory levels</h3>In the Products section, verify that all products have a net purchase cost (in the selected base currency) and stock uploaded. To check this, go to filters, set the filter has a purchase price to NO and verify whether products without a purchase price are in the system. If yes - be sure to add the purchase price by file or enter it by calling the Edit Purchase Price action on the selected product.Offers without a specified purchase cost will be able to be sent to the marketplace - their price can be set with Dynamic Pricing (if you add a fixed minimum price for the offer) or with Fixed Price.To verify if all products have stock go to filters, set filter Number in stock and enter 0 - you will be shown products that have no stock. Stocks for all or selected products can be added by file.Note: FBM offer without available stock cannot be sent to the marketplace .<h3>3. Verify global price settings</h3>Go to Settings - Sales Intelligence/Marketplaces and Repricing section. In this section, you will set global pricing parameters and functions for global inventory and price management. Pricing settings are used when calculating price ranges based on product cost - if you have already added product costs verify the default pricing parameter settings. Create offers based on products</h3>In the Products section, select the products you want or all of them and click the CREATE OFFERS action. Select the marketplaces you are interested in, then confirm the action. You can also create offers for a single product - action Create offers in the action menu for a single product.The process can take several minutes, depending on the number of products and the number of selected markets.<h3>5. Verify platform listings matching to offers</h3>Go to the Offers tab to verify the correctness of the search. You can check the listings by their statuses:Status: multiple listings found - if there is more than one listing on Amazon with a given EAN you need to manually assign the corresponding ASIN - see here for more information: <a href="https://help.nethansa.com/en/article/filter-asin-verification">Filter: ASIN verification</a>Status: incomplete (or ready to list) - there is only one match for a given EAN code - check if it is correct. Read how to verify if the listing on the market is correct (comparing product names and listing title and photo. If in doubt, it is a good idea to see the listing on the market). If the only match found is not correct then you can remove the listing from Nethans Platfoma (Delete action for a single listing)Status: not found - there is no listing for the given EAN code from the product. You can leave such listings. Our system will periodically check for matching sales listings - if a new matching listing appears, the system will add it to the listing and it will change status.<h3>6. Select offers to be managed with dynamic pricing</h3>Select the selected offers according to the limit of the selected license and enable Dynamic Pricing for them. Pricing settings changes can be done on a single offer or on multiple offers. Select the 'Pricing Settings' action for the selected offer or select multiple offers and choose 'Pricing Settings' in the bulk action bar. In the price settings window, select the 'Dynamic Pricing' price management option and save the changes. The Managed Pricing column shows the selected way of working price for the offer. In addition, you can check there if the selected way works correctly - in case of errors they will be shown in red in the same column. If the settings are working correctly, then for an offer with dynamic pricing you will see what method the price work ranges are determined by - based on product cost, fixed range or both methods at the same time. If this price is not set the bid will have the status "incomplete - price cannot be sent".<h3>7. Send offers to marketplace</h3>Verified offers are ready to be sent to the marketplace. Select offers with the status ready to send. The Result Price shown &nbsp;is the price that will be sent with the offer. The stock in the Product stock column is the stock that will be transmitted with the offer.Select the offers to be sent and select in the bulk action (bar at the bottom of the screen) Send to Amazon/Kaufland for manually selected offers (or on all pages) and confirm.Offers sent to the marekplace will have a status: processing - sending to marketplace. When the system receives confirmation of listing or after receiving an error, the status will be changed to:Active - listing visible as active on Amazon/KauflandListing error - on Amazon an offer that has been added but cannot be sold, e.g. due to lack of approval to sell the brandSending error - sending failed, check the Marketplace Error column.<h3>8. Manage the listed offers</h3>Listings with Dynamic Pricing enabled will have prices continuously adjusted according to competitor prices. &nbsp;<ol><li>A pricing policy is a set of rules that modify the way a price is calculated. Pricing policies can be assigned to a market as well as on individual bids.</li><li>Currently available predefined pricing policies include:<ul><li>Win the BuyBox&nbsp;– can be used only for active listings that have competition and their status is set as BEST. The policy modifies the standard pricing algorithm so that bids that have the best prices (i.e. BEST status) and are not in the buy box, try to gradually lower their price to win the buy box (however, the algorithm never goes below the minimum price). If the algorithm is no longer able to lower the price it will return to the previously calculated BEST price (calculated on the basis of the price settings, based on quota or percentage difference from the competition). If you get a buybox, after a certain period of time, the algorithm will try to increase the price to maximize profit and keep the buybox at the same time.&nbsp;</li><li>The ability to create your own pricing policies will be launched in the near future.</li></ul></li><li>Assigning the pricing policy to the market could be done:<ul><li>from the global settings level (all offers on the chosen market will have the policy assigned to them, unless you change price settings individually on any offer). <img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/9afbbc20-25c9-4616-8952-e1ec8a5c28d9"></li><li>from individual price settings on the offer:<ul><li>by selecting Market the offer will use the policy selected on the market,</li><li>selecting ‘None’ from the drop-down list on the offer disables the operation of the price policies on the offer,</li><li>selecting a specific price policy overwrites the selected policy on the market.</li></ul></li></ul></li></ol><figure class="image"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/6fdeec3f-c83c-496f-aa3d-f56956f46046"></figure>
