Kaufland return procedures

  1. The customer is obliged to return the goods within 14 days of receipt. The seller can extend this period on his account (for all offers).
  2. For goods above EUR 40, the cost of return is always covered by the seller. There is no categorisation for returns in Kaufland. 
  3. For goods below EUR 40, the cost of the return is paid by the buyer. At Kaufland, it does not matter whether the return address is local or not.
  4. Time to refund the buyer is 3 working days from the date of receipt of the return.
